A: We currently operate across three cities: Dubai, Monaco, and London. Our membership tiers determine access across these locations, with Dubai Elite focused on Dubai and Global Elite providing full access to all three cities.

MEMBERSHIP

A: Aureum Global operates by applications only. To begin the membership process, proceed by applying for a membership on our website or by contacting us. We can arrange a consultation to discuss your health goals, lifestyle priorities, and which membership tier aligns with your needs.
A: We offer five membership tiers: Vitality (performance optimization for elite athletes), Optimise (comprehensive longevity access), and Elevate (advanced longevity protocols), Transcend (full coverage with unlimited wellness consultations and family access) and Sovereign (your ultimate longevity and lifestyle partnership-lifetime locked pricing, direct founder access, priority allocation for emerging treatments, and recognition as part of our founding circle) Each tier is designed for different lifestyles and global mobility needs.
A: Membership investment varies by tier and individual needs. We discuss pricing during your confidential consultation, as each membership is tailored to your specific health goals, travel patterns, and lifestyle requirements.
A: Membership is annual, with the option to renew. Founding Members receive locked-in pricing for life.
A: Yes, members can upgrade to any tier at any time.

SERVICES & ACCESS

A: Members have priority access to leading clinics offering stem cell therapy, exosome treatments, IV therapy, ozone therapy, NAD+ protocols, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, biological age testing, regenerative aesthetics, performance training, and advanced recovery protocols. All services are coordinated by your dedicated concierge.
A: Yes. Members receive priority reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants and top-tier dining establishments across Dubai, Monaco, and London. We handle all booking logistics and can arrange private dining experiences.
A: Yes. We provide preferential rates and priority booking for private aviation within the region and internationally, depending on your membership tier.
A: No. Your membership provides access to our full network of partners and services, but you use only what aligns with your needs and goals. Your concierge will help you create a personalised plan.

BOOKING & COORDINATION

A: Simply contact your dedicated concierge via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We handle all scheduling, booking confirmations, and logistics on your behalf.
A: For most services, 48-72 hours’ notice is recommended. For high-demand experiences (Michelin restaurants, private aviation, exclusive events), we recommend 1-2 weeks’ notice when possible. Your concierge will always work to accommodate your timeline.
A: Yes. Members can extend access to immediate family members and guests, depending on your membership tier. Founding Members receive a complimentary companion membership.

LOCATIONS

A: Vitality would be ideal, as it provides seamless access to wellness, dining, and concierge services across both Dubai and London (as well as Monaco).
A: Monaco partnerships and services launch in April 2026. Founding Members and Global Elite members will have immediate access upon launch.
A: We are focused on delivering exceptional service in Dubai, Monaco, and London first. Future expansion will be considered based on member demand.

We’ll create your personalized wellness and lifestyle plan, introduce you to relevant partners, and begin coordinating your bookings and services immediately.
